CONTENT: Article The Kimberly-Clark Foundation proudly accepted the 2021 Masked Award last month during the Dallas United Negro College Fund (UNCF) Mayor’s Masked Ball. The black-tie gala is an annual signature fundraising event that raises thousands of dollars for North Texas minority students so they can achieve college success. Every year, UNCF awards more than $100 million in scholarships to students attending UNCF-member institutions, including 37 Historically Black Colleges and Universities (HBCUs). During the 2019-2020 school year, UNCF Dallas awarded 500 students with more than $3 million in scholarships to colleges across the U.S. The Kimberly-Clark Foundation has given more than $675,000 to UNCF through its local Dallas office since 1996, and UNCF honored the foundation with the 2021 Masked Award for its commitment to helping hundreds of students attend college and pursue their dreams.
