US bishops condemn Cuba's inclusion in unilateral list
Washington, Jan 14 (Prensa Latina) David J. Malloy, president of the International Justice and Peace Committee of the United States Conference of Catholic Bishops (USCCB), condemned the re-inclusion of Cuba in the list of countries that sponsor terrorism, according to Washington.
For decades, along with the Holy See and the majority of the international community, the Conference of Catholic Bishops has urged collaboration and mutually beneficial relations between the United States and Cuba, the text issued on January 12 stands out.
'We also advocate the total lifting of the economic embargo (blockade) against Cuba,' the document refers.
