Utah Senate President Pro Tempore Wayne Harper was selected to lead the National Conference of State Legislatures, a bipartisan organization serving more than 7,000 lawmakers. Lt. Gov. Deidre Henderson accepted a role as a member of the National Lieutenant Governors Association Executive Committee.
