Utah Telescope Catches Second-Highest Cosmic Ray Detected :

The Telescope Array Collaboration detected the highest cosmic energy in over 30 years. A Utah telescope intercepted an ultra-high-energy cosmic ray event, only second to the 1991 "Oh-My-God" particle.
