Valencia Man Sentenced To over 10 Years In Prison For Multi-

The former president and CEO of a Whittier medical clinic was sentenced Monday to 124 months in federal prison for submitting fraudulent billings to a Medi-Cal healthcare program that provides family planning services to low-income Californians who lack health insurance.
