Warrington will launch its first farmers market on Friday, where area residents can browse selections from dozens of local vendors, including those selling fresh fruit and vegetables, locally made products, prepared foods and creative crafts.
The Warrington Farmer's Market also features food trucks, yoga and fitness professionals, pet rescue operators, and unique items like gourmet and medicinal mushrooms or handcrafted lip balms.
"I wanted a place for business owners and product creators to showcase their stuff, and I wanted a place where my neighbors could go, congregate and support local vendors," said Mariah Drenth-Cormick, the Farmer's Market's manager. "Our family has lived here since the 1940s and Warrington is my home town. I saw a need and jumped on it."
