Watch live at 3: Gov. Whitmer update on Michigan's COVID-19 response

Gov. Gretchen Whitmer is expected to provide an update on Michigan's response to the COVID-19 pandemic at 3 p.m. Wednesday in Lansing.
Michigan Department of Health and Human Services Chief Medical Executive Dr. Joneigh Khaldun is expected to join Whitmer at the news conference to discuss efforts to slow the spread of the coronavirus.
Whitmer said Monday the state will extend workplace COVID-19 restrictions for another six months because of current pandemic trends. 
Also on Monday, she outlined broad priorities for where she thinks new federal COVID-19 relief funds should be directed.
