The Daily Independent reached out to readers on Facebook, asking how their experience has been trying to schedule appointments for the vaccine and how their experience went if they were able to get vaccinated. For some, getting vaccinated was easy. Alison Dixon was one of the lucky few who was able to secure a vaccine from Ridgecrest Regional Hospital. “I received my first shot at RRH and it went smoothly ... Was very impressed. We are to get second dose next Friday. Will see how that goes,” she said.
