Why Boston wants to ban guinea pig sales in pet stores : vim

The Boston City Council is slated to vote Wednesday on a proposed ordinance to ban the sale of guinea pigs at pet shops. The proposal is intended to address a "large increase in the number of abandoned and stray guinea pigs."
