Williamsburg Downtown seeks to unite merchants, address challenges, bring more events to area

Sharon Scruggs, the secretary/treasurer of the new group, said Williamsburg Downtown is in its infancy but the group has talked about signage, parking and after-hours gatherings at the top of the parking garage.
