A Triad company is given more than $230 million to help soldiers transition to life after they leave the Army.

William Harmon, a 30-year Army veteran himself, said the big takeaway is that he wants veterans to know, they are not alone.
When retired Army Col. William Harmon left the Army several years ago, he said the transition from soldier to civilian was different.
