In addition, the league revealed that Google will be supporting the season as a WNBA Changemaker, an Official Technology Partner and the Official Trends and Insights Partner, as well as the presenting partner of the WNBA on ESPN. There will be a “25 for 25” where 25 WNBA games get broadcast across ABC, ESPN and ESPN2. There will be an ABC doubleheader on Saturday, May 15th as the Chicago Sky and Washington Mystics kick off their seasons at 1 p.m. and the Las Vegas Aces square off with the defending champion Seattle Storm in a rematch of last year’s Finals at 3 p.m (also a season opener).
