An Indiana woman died from injuries sustained in a two-vehicle crash Monday afternoon on U.S. 60. Daniella Zuelly, 48 of Tell City, was driving a 2021 Ford Edge passenger car, which pulled into the U.S. 60 intersection at Tractor Supply and into the path of a tractor-trailer traveling southbound, KenÂtucky State Police reported. KSP received a call from Hardinsburg police at 1:13 p.m. CDT Monday Department requesting assistance in investigating the crash scene. Zuelly was transported by air ambulance to UniÂÂversity of Louisville HosÂpital where she later died, police said. The commercial vehicle was being operated by Philip Wertz, 62, of Zephyrhills, Florida, the KSP release said.
