WPAFB hosts “virtual industry exchange” for industry developers By London Bishop - lbishop@aimmediamidwest.com WRIGHT-PATTERSON AIR FORCE BASE — The 88th Air Base Wing and Air Force Civil Engineer Center (AFCEC) to explore possible mixed-use commercial development at Wright-Patterson AFB. The Air Force will host the first “virtual industry exchange” on Jan. 21, seeking “private and public interest” for development of more than 46 acres of land at Wright-Patterson. The 46 acres in question consist of two parcels. The first, called the “Gerlaugh Farm Tract,” is 23.07 acres, 22.3 of which is developable. The second is known as the “Area B Hilltop Tract,” consisting of 23.92 acres.
