Share Updated: 7:54 PM EDT Aug 2, 2021 WLWT Digital Staff WLWT Digital Staff Do you have a farm or land and are looking to make extra money?The Kentucky Department of Fish and Wildlife Resources is encouraging people to participate in the Cooperative Dove Field Program.Wildlife officials said participants can earn up to $10,000 by planting a dove field and allowing public access during the first segment of dove season. The dove fields much be planted to crops like sunflowers, millet, wheat or corn. Those interested in applying are asked to contact their local regional biologist.
