The announcement: Zeno Group has appointed Ekta Thomas as Head of Client Services for the Asia Pacific Region. She is succeeded by Sarah Littlefair, the new General Manager for Zeno Australia. In her role, Ekta Thomas is charged with maximizing standards of client service and creativity across the network. She will serve as a regional advocate and champion for innovative, integrated marketing and communications consulting throughout the agency. With a focus on unleashing the full force of Zeno to benefit clients, Thomas will facilitate collaboration between in-market leaders and regional and global specialist. She will also oversee several of Zeno’s growing number of multi-market relationships in Asia-Pacific.
