San Antonio's Social Spot lets guests bring their own barbecue pit for Super Bowl
We've heard of "Bring Your Own Beer," but "Bring Your Own BBQ Pit" is a first. Social Spot, a bar along the Broadway corridor, is allowing guests to do just that so they can cook for their friends and family during Super Bowl LV on Sunday. The local outdoor bar told MySA.com it is recommending for folks to call ahead before hauling in their pit. However, it isn't required. The bar will have designated areas for guests to set up their cook out. All pits will be spaced out and social distancing will be enforced, the local bar noted.
