Programs in the last ten years. here they are, the gigantic tax cuts that went predominantly through the years. that's by far the biggest damage we did to the bucket. in 2003, another round of tax cuts. medicare part d, and then in 2009, the stimulus package cost $793 billion. then 2010 tax cut was $374 billion. keep in mind those are only the numbers through 2011. over a span of ten years they're going to cost a hell of a lot more than that. for the 2001 tax cuts, 18% of democrats voted. 93% of republicans did. that caused the biggest problems in our budget.
