Zambo Peninsula logs 95% Covid-19 recovery rate

ZAMBOANGA CITY - Zamboanga Peninsula has recorded 57,692 patients who have beaten the coronavirus disease 2019 (Covid-19), representing a 95.7 percent recovery rate since the start of the pandemic over two years ago. Dr. Cheryl Sarmiento, the Department of Health-Zamboanga Peninsula medical officer, said Wednesday the region has recorded a cumulative 60,248 Covid-19 cases since March 2020.
