Williams Names Priorities If Confirmed As Ward 3 Alderman

Roy Williams, Jr., says he would also like to push for federal assistance with the cleanup of the Pillsbury Mills site, paving the way for the city to oversee new development on the property. The Springfield City Council will vote Tuesday night on whether to confirm Williams to replace Doris Turner, who left the Council after being appointed state senator.
