Franklin County Sheriff’s deputies were called to the crash on St. Mary’s Road on Saturday around 12:39 p.m. Deputies say Tracey L. Ratliff, 53, of Sunman, was westbound on St. Mary’s Road when she met an oncoming utility truck, veered right and crashed into a cement culvert.
