Beans restaurant permits for Hebron, Dry Ridge reinstated by health department

Beans Cafe and Bakery in Hebron, KY lost their license to serve food over not following the Governor's executive orders regarding COVID-19 restrictions. Beans continues to serve diners despite the Health Department's suspension.
Kentucky has reinstated the licenses for Beans Cafe and Bakery in Hebron and Dry Ridge days after the restaurant owner was charged with operating a restaurant without a permit.
A Northern Kentucky Health Department official signed the orders Friday that allowed Beans to be reinstated effective Dec. 21. Kentucky's ban on indoor dining has expired.
