Lot of people head back to work, a lot of kids heading back to school, the wind chill will make it feel like 2 degrees below zero in philadelphia, it stays cold on wednesday. But it eases. Everythings relative. Wind chill wednesday morning 11 degrees. But then im tracking a noreaster developing on thursday.
