boston's logan international airport. a united airlines plane was traveling at a slow speed when it clipped the tail of a delta plane parked on the tarmac. a family recording the collision. this follows a series of potentially dangerous incidents. here's abc's phil lipof. >> reporter: tonight, the faa investigating how this united plane clipped a parked aircraft on the tarmac at boston's logan airport. >> it's not gonna, it's not gonna. it's not. it did! >> reporter: the faa says just after 7 p.m. friday, united flight 369 was taxiing when it bumped the tail of delta flight 1657. passengers onboard both planes. the fredrickson family speaking with our boston affiliate wcvb. >> i saw this other plane stationary and we were just driving and it hit the other plane. >> reporter: on the same day at the airport in st. paul a near collision avoided at the last minute between american and delta flights.
