A Senior Advocate of Nigeria, Femi Falana, has said that the Chairman of the Economic and Financial Crimes Commission (EFCC) and their counterpart in the Independent Corrupt Practices and Other Related Offences Commission (ICPC) cannot come from the same region in Nigeria. This is according to the provisions of the Federal Character Commission Act and by virtue of the provision of Section 14 of the constitution, Falana said.
