Highlights The Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services (CMS) on April 27, 2021, released the Fiscal Year (FY) 2022 Medicare Hospital Inpatient Prospective Payment System (IPPS) and Long Term Care Hospital (LTCH) Prospective Payment System (PPS) Proposed Rule, which will affect discharges occurring on or after Oct. 1, 2021.
