The more than 75,000 Kaiser Permanente health care workers who went on strike this week joined thousands of others in labor movements this year.

It certainly feels like strikes are growing, and more workers are walking out on the job.
Negotiations continue, Kaiser says. If no deal is cut, a three-day walkout will take place at facilities in California, Colorado, Oregon, Washington, Virginia and Washington D.C.
