Immersive theatre-based training is transforming the delivery of health and safety on some of Britain’s largest infrastructure projects.
The Thrive Safety Leadership Centre, developed in partnership by Orsted and Active Training Team, has already seen 668 participants complete the day-long course. Orsted committed £1.4m in funding to create the purpose-built facility in partnership with ATT, located in Immingham, and is now inducting all personnel working on the Hornsea 2 offshore wind farm project through Thrive, which opened in September 2020.
