Olivier Bailly Bechet, the Chief Executive Officer, highlighted that the ambitious and innovative climate strategy launched by Advans Group, with Ghana as a pilot country aims at identifying the zones and sectors of clients who are more vulnerable, sensitising the clients, defining what small businesses and farmers would need to become more resilient to climate change and developing products and services to meet their evolving needs.

These awards recognise Advans Ghana’s role in supporting farmers in many agri value chains (cocoa, maize, rice, shea, palm oil, etc.) by providing them with input and mechanization financing which has contributed to an increase in the yields of its farmer clients and highlights the company’s efforts in enhancing financial literacy and ensuring inclusivity in their projects.

Commenting on the award, Olivier Bailly-Béchet, Chief Executive Officer said “This award affirms the persistent hard work and continuous improvement we implore in the daily execution of our business transformation agenda for the benefit of our clients and staff.
