A 28,500-square-foot industrial building on 2.3 acres in Cromwell has sold for $3.3 million, according to O,R&L Commercial Real Estate, which brokered the transaction. GKN Aerospace Services Structures LLC, a subsidiary of GKN Limited, has occupied the building at 1000 Corporate Row since February 2003 on a long-term lease. GKN Aerospace has 270 employees and manufactures structural composite parts for aerospace companies, according to its website. Its parent company has facilities in Trollhättan, Sweden and Kongsberg, Norway.
