I say this out of love, as someone who learned to drive in New Jersey, where the drivers are equally awful. But the fact remains: people around here do not know how to drive. Oh, we may know how to hit the gas pedal and get from point A to point B, but not without regularly wreaking havoc and breaking rules, risking accidents.
