Night jacob blake was shot seven times in the black by a police officer. Were also learning new details out about an arrest warrant out at the time of the shooting. The officer Association Says the officer who shot blake, and it was one officer, who shot him all seven times, that that officer was aware of that warrant when he arrived on the scene.
