Dentons, one of the world's largest law firms, said it has played a major advisory role in helping Sharjah property developer Arada on its second tap issuance of $50 million sukuk. It was listed on London Stock Exchange’s international securities market.
Global law firm Dentons had played a key advisory role on the issuance of $500 million reset notes by MAF Global Securities, a special purpose vehicle (SPV) issuer in Cayman Islands. The issuance is guaranteed by UAE-based Majid Al Futtaim Holding.
