Denver's Dumb Friends League took custody of 80 horses suffering from a variety of illnesses. Owner agreed to turn them over after a law enforcement investigation.
Eighty horses are now in the care of the Dumb Friends League they were found severely neglected. Many of the horses have difficulty walking, others are severely emaciated.
