Women who dismiss symptoms like persistent bloating as minor during lockdown are 'risking their lives', according to a cancer charity.

Everybody bloats. But what happens when your bloated stomach doesn’t seem to be disappearing and you’re not even eating any more than usual? Persistent bloating is a cancer symptom which many women are unaware of. In fact, fewer than one in five women (17%) would book an urgent GP appointment if they were experiencing it, according to a poll by Target Ovarian Cancer.
