Lima man offered plea deal on new burglary charges

Paul Miner Jr., currently serving a prison sentence on charges of burglary and the theft of a firearm, was back in court Thursday on similar charges in an unrelated case. Prosecutors put a proposed deal on the table as a possible resolution to the case.

LIMA A Lima man currently serving a 30-month prison sentence for burglary and grand theft of a firearm was presented an offer from prosecutors to resolve his case on similar but unrelated charges.
Paul Miner Jr., 26, is currently an inmate at the Ohio Department of Correction and Rehabilitation after his conviction in an Allen County courtroom earlier this year.
