Tough time. One other problem, san juan is getting most of the relief efforts such as it exists right now. Cities and towns outside of the capital are worried they will be forgotten. We have a report tonight from amanda ramirez. We are in the town on the east coast of the island one areas that was hit the hardest by Hurricane Maria. Where the hurricane entered the island and one right now the main problem is that there is no electricity and no water and gas supplies have not reached the area and there is rationing of food.
