Jan 1, 2021 John Ashby Carpenter, 63, of Shenandoah Junction, passed away peacefully at University Healthcare-WVU Medicine-East-Berkeley Medical Center Thursday, Dec. 24, 2020 with his family by his side. John died as a result of complications related to COVID-19. He was born March 12, 1957 in Martinsburg, to the late Ralph and Betty Carpenter.
