It went up and all you heard was another crash. And heard an explosion. Kevin flores lived in the hyattsville home with his wife and four children. Andrew blocker says he would hang out with him and drink beer. What he enjoyed doing was working. Working. Coming home to take care of his family. Yet, Maryland Court records show that the Police Arrested flores in 2011 for seconddegree arson and disinstruction of property. Then destruction of property.
