The Sports Alley/El Dorado News-Times Scholar Athlete Banquet Awards will be held on Thursday, May 30 at College Avenue Church of Christ. El Dorado’s volleyball season has wound down. The Lady Wildcats went into Tuesday’s match at Lake Hamilton with a 2-13 overall record. They will play their final home game Thursday against White Hall before the season-ending match at Sheridan next Tuesday.
It wasn’t a victory but it might’ve been a step forward for El Dorado volleyball, which lost to Lake Hamilton 3-1 Thursday at Wildcat Arena.
El Dorado put forth a solid effort Tuesday but couldn’t get over the hump in a 3-0 loss to Texarkana in 5A South volleyball action at Wildcat Arena. The Lady Wildcats fell to 0-4 in league play while the Lady Razorbacks improved to 1-3.
