Houma man charged in carjacking investigation Staff Adan Perez, 29, is charged with aggravated kidnapping and carjacking, the Terrebonne Parish Sheriff’s Office said.   Authorities were called out around 1 a.m. to U.S. 90 West near the Amelia Bridge to investigate a reported carjacking.
