Jersey and pretty much all of delaware. Were talking some scatter the severe thunderstorms damaging winds. Some hail may be isolated tornado but the bulls eye well to our south through sections of virginia. Thats the greatest risk. Flash flood watches much of the area kicking in tomorrow continuing through friday afternoon. The grounds already saturate it wont take much for ponding and run off so heres the timing. Tomorrow morning 3 00 a. M. To 8 00 a. M. Already looking at showers and storms. By the afternoon from noon until 4 00 some of those strong potentially severe thunderstorms coming up...
