Missouri Bill Would Prohibit State Enforcement of Federal Red Flag Laws

It would create the “Anti-Red Flag Gun Seizure Act." Under the proposed law, “Any federal order of protection or other judicial order issued by a court to confiscate any firearm, firearm accessory, or ammunition from any law-abiding citizen shall be considered an infringement on the people's right to keep and bear arms, as guaranteed by Amendment II of the Constitution of the United States and Article I, Section 23 of the Constitution of Missouri, within the borders of this state.”
