A vision, a plan Stonegate Construction, Inc., seeks to convert the historic Fiske House and Odd Fellows Hall into a commercial space -- with a 100-seat restaurant and eight apartments, respectively. A 32-unit, multifamily complex is proposed for the adjacent parking area. The 3.5-acre site is located at 1 Billerica Road and Central Square, within the center village overlay district.
