FLORENCE â Kim S. Kraft was recently elected to the board of directors of First Southern Bank and to First Southern Bancshares, Inc., according to Joe Beaver, President and CEO.  Kraft graduated Cum Laude with a Bachelor of Science degree in Finance from Kennesaw State University. She earned a Masterâs of Business Administration Degree from Duke University. Kraft is currently an adjunct professor of finance at UNA, and is the Chief Financial Officer for American Promotional Events, Inc. and Anderson Press, Inc. She served as CFO for Waffle House for seven years and was Senior Vice President at SunTrust Bank in Atlanta for 19 years. Kraft also serves on the Board of the Business Council of Alabama. ....
