unfortunately these decisions should be made covertly but this is classified work it should not be in the mainstream media but it is because the first time around they had some analysis paralysis and then fumbled the response. but now we are getting it right and they are appeasing main stream media appetite for answers on this. i would suggest. arthel: what's the problem with that? >> something wrong with that at all but this is standard military operations. this is how they do business for they don't quietly in the background as covid. bruising very high technology surveillance systems and weapons systems to take these objects out. unfortunately, although we are gathering a lot of data but so easy chinese communist party if they are the originators. they are seeing how we are responding. they're kind of saying we are fumbling here especially on the media side. so we just need to be swift,
who want to go out and purchase a home right now? >> sure. so right now there is a lot of analysis paralysis. a lot of information out there and buyers and sellers really don't know what to do and the market is showing that. obviously some markets cooling. you look at san francisco and seattle down 10% from peak. where they look at markets, they are still up 0% from march of 2020. so, naturally, you know, real estate as we know is cyclical. stocks are somewhat cyclical as well. we can't expect home prices to continue to go up and up and up. we have seen these decreases but, next year for 2023. we are going to have what i call the year of normalcy. we should expect price gains to continue but not these like 10, 20, 30%. not these double dignity increases but instead a normal markets of anywhere from 5 to maybe 8%.
