"We figured if we didn't do it now, we would never do it," added Guido. Although floating a new venture in the midst of a pandemic might not sound like a great business plan, it actually worked out quite well for the Kramps. With customers ordering from the truck's counter and either taking it to go or sitting at one of the picnic tables at the outdoor Marina Munch overlooking the water, social distancing was not a problem. "It actually turned out the best decision to open a food truck when we did," Guido said. The idea behind the food concept is as simple as its name states.
