investigators are trying to figure out whether a lightning strike sparked a fire on the abandoned western campus of saint elizabeth's hospital. firefighters say it sparked the fire in the roof of an eight-story boarded up building on the campus. in took firefighters all night to put out the flames. one was injured and taken to the hospital but is expected to be okay. this western campus is now being developed for the future department of homeland security headquarters. we started this morning with showers around the region. it was coming down earlier today. has it tapered off? >> t...
