People aged 65 to 69 and those who are clinically vulnerable against Covid will start receiving vaccines tomorrow.
More than a million people have already been invited to book a jab at mass vaccine hubs or pharmacy services.

Almost 1.2 million letters were due to land on doorsteps by yesterday (Saturday) asking people to log on to the national booking service at www.nhs.uk/covid-vaccination with another 1.2 million due to arrive this week.
Anyone unable to book online can call 119 free of charge, anytime between 7am and 11pm seven days a week. ....

Weekly coronavirus cases have almost returned to pre-lockdown 2 levels - though some neighbourhoods are seeing higher infection rates than others in the county.
The overall Kent and Medway infection rate stands at 171.5 with 3,191 new cases and is a 35.9% drop week-on-week.

At the start of lockdown 2 on November 5, there were 2,875 new weekly cases making the infection rate around 154.
However, weekly deaths have not yet returned to pre-lockdown 2 numbers.
On November 5 figures for that week showed 24 people had died after contracting Covid-19, compared to the latest figures from almost a week ago on February 3, which showed there had been 143 deaths. ....

A leisure complex in Tonbridge is set to be transformed into a mass Covid-19 vaccination centre, capable of delivering thousands of vaccines a week.
Jabs will start to be administered from the Angel Centre, in Angel Lane, from the second week of February.
