Covid skeptics occupied Parliament grounds this week under the banner of ‘freedom’ - and many other things. Did media coverage amplify their fringe views? It didn’t take long for NBC to broadcast pro-China bias during its coverage of the Beijing Winter Olympics. During the Opening Ceremony co-host Savannah Guthrie and guest panelists glossed over China’s forced abortion/sterilization policy and hailed “China styles itself as a champion of the developing world.”
